Shipping Policy

Dectle Apparels offers free shipping within the United States.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United States only. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 8–10 business days.

Including processing, the estimated time from placing your order to delivery is 9–13 business days. Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions or other unexpected delays.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the available cancellation or refund options.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within our supported United States delivery area.

Any optional delivery service carrying an additional charge must be disclosed and agreed before purchase.

Large Equipment Deliveries

Lawn mowers, trailers and other oversized products may require freight delivery or a scheduled delivery appointment.

Any special delivery conditions, including curbside delivery, unloading arrangements or access requirements, will be explained before purchase. Please provide a working telephone number where delivery coordination is required.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, we will send tracking information or delivery coordination details to the email address provided at checkout. Products from the same order may arrive separately.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If a correction is needed, contact info@dectileapparels.com promptly.

Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your delivery is delayed, appears missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible. For freight shipments, note visible damage on the delivery receipt where practical. These steps do not limit your applicable consumer rights.

We will investigate with the delivery provider and explain the available resolution.
