Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Standard shipping is free within our supported United States delivery area. Any optional delivery service carrying an additional charge must be disclosed and agreed before purchase.

Orders and Availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil an order because of availability, a listing error or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the United States only.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 8–10 business days, giving a total estimated timeframe of 9–13 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather or other unexpected circumstances.

Large equipment may require freight delivery or a scheduled appointment. Applicable delivery arrangements will be disclosed before purchase. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge restocking fees. We cover reasonable approved return costs for products received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
